Members enroll by chosing a Membership type and creating an account based on their cell phone number.

Once enrolled, the member’s first $25 voucher is sent by text to their phone. The voucher contains a Redemption Code. This Redemption Code can be redeemed at any participating casino.

The member then brings the Redemption Code to the participating casino’s players club.

Players club staff will then validate and redeem the voucher and add $25 in Free Play onto the player’s club account. If the casino allows redeeming for promotional chips and that is what the member would prefer, the player is given $25 in promotional chips.

If the casino has Bonus Offers set up with Free Play Club, the member will receive additional text messages with instructions on how to get the Bonus Offers at specific times following voucher redemption.

If the casino allows for 2 redemptions per day, then the member’s next $25 voucher will be sent approximately 2-3 hours following redemption. If the casino only allows 1 redemption per day, or if the member has already redeemed 2 vouchers in the past week, then the member’s next $25 voucher will be sent by text the following morning.

It depends. Trial memberships do not automatically renew. Full memberships renew every 30 days.

If you are a Trial Member, a few days after your last redemption you can upgrade from Trial to a Monthly Membership to get more vouchers, or you can add more vouchers to your Trail Membership at full price.

If you are a Monthly Member, you will get more vouchers as soon as your membership renews.
You may also have the option to purchase between 2 and 4 additional vouchers, depending on how many days are remaining until your scheduled renewal.

Yes. If not already a member, you can join for free.
Vouchers expire 30 days from date they are created and sent to your phone by text message.
Yes. You can cancel at anytime, and we will stop your recurring renewals. If you have redeemed any of your vouchers from your latest renewal, the remaining $25 vouchers for your membership period will still be valid. If you have not used any of your vouchers from your latest renewal then we will cancel those vouchers and issue a full refund.
It is not necessary to print your voucher. If you have a smart phone, you can show your voucher code to the casino player’s club staff member. You may also need to show a photo ID and your player’s club card at the casino for which you are redeeming your voucher.
Unfortunately not. Vouchers are only for the named member, and cannot be transferred.
No, but you can refer your friends and earn bonus vouchers through our Referral Program.
Yes. All members can use our referral links to tell friends via email or social media. Once three friends click your link and join, we add a $25 voucher to your account.
At Slot Machines, Free Play is promotional free play that allows you to play slot or video poker machines for free. Once you cycle through the promotional value, the remaining amount can be cashed out.

At Table Games Free Play is issued as Promotional Chips that can be used at even money bet games like Blackjack. Promotional chips are for one bet resolved only. Win or lose, the promotional chip is taken from the player after the bet is resolved. If the player wins, he or she keeps the winnings only. On a tie, the player keeps the chip.
